Hvammsvik Estate consists of three newly renovated luxury lodges that are located in Hvalfjordur, on a gated 1200 acre estate along the coast in spectacular nature only 40 min drive from downtown Reykjavik.  All the lodges are up the highest standard with design furniture, contemporary Icelandic Art and modern amenities.  The Estate offers complete privacy where you can enjoy among other things our private beaches, islands, fishing lake, amazing hikes and one of the most amazing natural  geothermal hot spring in Iceland, Hvalfjardarlaug.  Guest can also enjoy the contemporary art collection and game room in the Barn where there is pool, ping pong, foosball, board games and TV lounge with game console.  In the winter months our guests frequently enjoy incredible northern lights playing a symphony in the sky.  There is  active wild life at the estate including a wide variety of birds, sheep and seals and if you are lucky you might see the arctic fox strolling around or even spot whales in the fjord.

Glymur, the second highest waterfall in Iceland is only 15 minutes away as well as numerous scenic hikes. all around you,  Geysir and the Golden Circle are only an hour away. The Vikings discovered Hvammur 1000 years ago and more recently scenes in Game of Thrones where shot on the property.
